Hello there! I have 20+ years of accounting and auditing experience. I have worked with organizations of all sizes from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. I have an active CPA license in Texas and Tennessee.
I earned my Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Professional Accountancy. I worked as an auditor for five years working with small- and large-sized clients in a variety of industries. Next, I worked at a Fortune 500 company, for four years specializing in financial policy development, international accounting, consolidation accounting, and financial reporting. Relocating to Austin, TX, I joined the City of Austin's Controller's Office where I worked in accounting and financial reporting. In 2016, I started Gann CPA. Now, I am working with small businesses to help them get accurate financial results quickly, clean up bookkeeping problems, and lend my accounting experience to their needs. Based in Memphis now, I work with clients in Texas and Tennessee. I have also spent time volunteering with small organizations locally and abroad to help with their accounting, internal control, and financial reporting needs. Outside of numbers, I also love art and making things (woodworking, painting, sewing, knitting, weaving, pretty much anything crafty!), photography, volunteering, vintage shopping, traveling, and live music. I love working with small businesses and nonprofits and hope that I can help you! |
